2. Coaching Services Disclaimer

All coaching sessions, consultations, materials, and resources provided by S.E.L.F. are for educational and personal development purposes only.

• Coaching does not substitute for therapy, counseling, medical advice, or legal representation. S.E.L.F does not provide investment advice or tax preparation services. Any discussions concerning finances are for educational and personal empowerment and enrichment.
• If you are in crisis, experiencing abuse, or need immediate assistance, please contact 911, the National Domestic Violence Hotline (1-800-799-SAFE), or local emergency services.
• By participating in coaching or advocacy services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. – Our advocacy resources do not include our acting as legal counsel or formal representatives on your behalf.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration or consultations.
• Attend scheduled sessions on time and communicate at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Respect confidentiality agreements and boundaries during all sessions and communications.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payment is required before or at the time of your scheduled session unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Our current rate for individual coaching sessions is $129 per hour (subject to change with notice).
• Refunds are not issued for completed sessions.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full session amount.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All personal information shared during sessions is kept confidential, except:

• When disclosure is required by law (e.g., credible threat of serious harm to self or others, suspected abuse, or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult or pursuant to a valid court order).
• When you provide written consent to share information with another party.

6. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
